From year 2004 ,We have constructed two BSCI certified well-established manufacturing units in over 30,000 SqM with 500 workers that is equipped with all the necessary hi-tech machines and tools that are required for an ultra modern manufacturing unit. Machinery that is equipped in our infrastructure is operated by our highly experienced team of professionals.
Our main products are Boardhsorts/Swimshorts & all kind of Synthetic Jackets.
Backed by sound manufacturing facility, we are capable of undertaking bulk requirements of our clients and deliver within stipulated time schedule. These manufacturing Units are separated into various divisions such as stitching division, checking division, ironing division and warehouse & packaging unit etc., for proper production and supply in timely manner.
In-line quality check are maintained at each level and the same are followed religiously for core aspects of stitching. All the packed garments are inspected 2.5 AQL quality audit before forwarding goods to the buyer's Q.A. team. Records are maintained for all these internal inspections
Our investment into an ever-expanding machinery list coupled with our commitment towards optimum efficiency enables us to optain highest levels of productivity at minimum costs; a benefit which is eventually passed on to our customers. Our monthly productiion capacities is over 300,000 pcs of Board shorts & 100,000 Pcs of Jackets per month.
