Raw Material Quality Control

Thanks to our in-house Design & sampling Team, we are able to create exclusive designs to meet your order’s requirement and expectation.
With our own factory and production line, we manage and control our production process from A to Z, keeping an error percentage close to 0%. We also establish procedures that help us minimize time and material waste effectively.
Manufacturing Quality Management
Throughout the whole manufacturing process, we have arranged a quality inspector at every stage, who will check the samples picked out from the production line at random per hour. If there is any defective product, they will be modified or weeded out, the worker who made it will be trained again until she is qualified.
Final Products Inspection
Our average production lead times are 90 days from the date of approval of samples & fabrics (we require approximately 15-20 days to make first counter sample). However, the production time may be reduced to 60 days depending on the production quantity, complexity of item and the production space available During peak season.
We strive to ensure stringent quality control methods with our in house quality control team who adopt the AQL 2.5 / 4.0 levels.
Our aim is to ensure that we have a 100% record of quality control for all our shipments and maintain a consistently high level of quality assurance in all our factories for all of our customers.
